Straight Talking

We are straight talking and endeavour to tell you what needs to be done and when, in order to secure the best price in the shortest possible time.

We will create a floorplan for all of our properties, free of charge.

We offer two primary services for Landlords, and provide an essential hands on approach for Tenants to ensure a comfortable Tenancy is kept.

Fully Managed Service

Our Fully Managed Service ensures a stress free letting experience for Landlords. This allows our Landlords to be hands off, whilst our Agents are hands on.

Tenant Services

Looking after our Tenants is of the utmost importance to us. We do things by the book, not cutting any corners as safety is key. We want our Tenants to make memories in our properties, be it short term or long term. We are always on hand and just a phone call away should you have any questions or queries.

Let Only Service

In our Let Only Service, we search for suitable Tenants for your property. We then do all the relevant checks and ensure all legal requirements are met, we handle the contracts and pass the Tenant over to the Landlord when all checks have been met.

What We Do

Property Search

When a customer comes to us looking for a Property to rent, we can not only look at the properties on our books, we will actively search for more properties from private landlords to find a property suited to you. We are always on hand and just a phone call away should you have any questions or queries.

We offer free no obligation rental assessments, and would very much welcome the opportunity to speak to you, so that you can judge for yourself the benefits of how we work.
